Mother’s Day is often a time when we give so much of ourselves to others. This offering is a gentle invitation to pause… to soften… and to receive. Whether you are gifting this experience to someone you love, or allowing yourself the space to be cared for, this session is designed to support rest, healing and reconnection. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to you on the day. There is no need to decide what you need in advance. Together, we will gently explore what feels most supportive, drawing on Reiki, sound healing, tarot guidance and crystal work in a way that meets you exactly where you are. You are welcome exactly as you are. Sessions are held in my private healing space, Serenity Sanctuary, in Kings Langley, and are intentionally limited to create a calm, intimate and supportive experience. This is your invitation to step out of the doing… And into a moment of receiving. You will also receive a personally curated set of crystals, incense and an incense holder to support your ongoing healing.
