Holistic and Intuitive Healing

I am a traditionally qualified counsellor gaining my diploma in 2010.  Since then I have added a range of natural therapies to my service to heal body, mind, soul and spirit.​

In this modern world, we have forgotten just how amazing we are!  We have become so weighed down by society's labels and pressured into what we "should" be doing that we often forget how just to be ourselves.
