Many women arrive feeling tired, disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly aware that something within them is asking for attention, healing, or change. My role is not to tell you who to be or where to go, but to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and support as you reconnect with yourself.

My Approach To Healing
Healing is not about being fixed; it’s about being supported.
​
My work is grounded in a counselling-informed, trauma-aware approach that honours the whole of you: body, mind, soul, and spirit. I draw on Reiki, intuitive tarot guidance, sound healing, breathwork, crystal healing, and holistic counselling practices to create sessions that are gentle, personalised, and responsive to what you need in the moment.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method, I listen deeply — to you, to your energy, and to what is ready to be acknowledged or supported. Some sessions feel deeply restful, others bring clarity or emotional release. All are held with care, integrity, and respect.

My Background & Experience
I qualified as a counsellor in 2010 and have spent many years supporting women through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the impact of long-held emotional patterns. Alongside this, my own healing journey led me into Reiki, energy work, sound healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual practice.

Over time, these modalities naturally wove together, allowing me to create a unique, holistic way of working that supports both emotional and energetic healing.

My Philosophy
I believe that healing happens in layers and that every step forward matters, no matter how small it may seem.

My work is guided by a deep respect for kindness, integrity, empathy, personal responsibility, and choice. I believe we are not here to bypass our experiences, but to meet them with compassion and understanding, allowing space for meaningful change to unfold.

Healing is not a single moment, but a gentle process of returning to yourself, step by step.

Through years of working with clients, alongside my own personal healing journey and intuitive insight, I began to notice a natural pattern in the way healing unfolds.

From this awareness, the Five Pillars of Healing emerged. They reflect a gentle, grounded approach that honours emotional understanding and personal growth, allowing healing to unfold with care, intention, and compassion.
