Service Description

Join me for this one-hour guided Breathwork Meditation class where you will be guided in creating a breathwork practice that will greatly enhance your sense of well-being. Each week you will be guided on how to effectively use your breath to improve your posture, sense of well-being and personal power. The breath is intricately linked to every part of our well-being, and by learning to connect and control the breath, we can not only reduce feelings of stress and anxiety but also bring a sense of peace and well-being, as well as improving the quality of our sleep. Each class will be structured as follows: ~ Welcome ~ Best practice posture ~ Connecting to the breath ~ Breathwork technique ~ Guided Meditation including the learned breathwork technique ~ Grounding ~ Q & A
