That’s completely okay. Many women arrive unsure of exactly what they need, only that something feels heavy or out of balance. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out, and we can gently explore what may feel most supportive for you right now.

What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is gentle and supportive. We’ll begin with a brief conversation about what’s bringing you in, and then move into the healing work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
Do I need to be “spiritual” for this to work?
Not at all. You don’t need to follow any particular belief system. My work is grounded, practical, and focused on supporting your wellbeing, emotionally and energetically. You simply need to be open to receiving support.
Is this suitable for anxiety or emotional overwhelm?
Yes. My approach is counselling-informed and trauma-aware, meaning sessions are held with sensitivity to nervous system regulation and emotional safety. If you experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional sensitivity, you will be met gently and respectfully.
I feel nervous about booking, is that normal?
Yes. It’s very normal to feel a little uncertain before trying something new or allowing yourself to receive support.
Sessions are held gently and at your pace. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, and no expectation to experience anything dramatic. You are always in control.
What if I get emotional during a session?
Emotions are welcome here.
Tears, stillness, laughter, silence, all of it is part of the human experience. If emotions arise, they are held with care and compassion. You will never be rushed or judged. This is a space where you can soften safely.
What if I don’t feel anything during Reiki or energy work?
Everybody responds differently.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Others simply feel calm or peaceful afterwards. There is no “right” way to experience healing; your body receives what it needs in its own way. Subtle does not mean ineffective.
What should I bring to a session?
Comfortable clothing is ideal. You don’t need to bring anything unless you’d like to bring a journal or water.
Everything else is provided, including a calm, welcoming space.
What if I’ve tried other therapies and nothing worked?
Healing is not one-size-fits-all.
Sometimes it’s not about trying harder, it’s about finding the right support, at the right time, in a space where you feel safe. Sessions here are gentle and integrative, blending emotional understanding with holistic practices.
You are not failing. You may simply need a different approach.
