Experience deep soul relaxation with a guided meditation and sound bath experience in the beautiful Serenity Sanctuary. Wendy has been facilitating Sound Bathing experiences for over 2 years and creates a beautifully serene environment for you to achieve a deep sense of relaxation and healing. Wendy begins all of her sound bathing sessions with an intuitive card pull and intuitvely chosen crystals for you to hold during the meditation and sound bath or to create a mini altar at your feet. You are then guided on a restful meditation to begin encouraging mind, soul and body to relax. The sound bath incorporates a range of healing instruments including crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and more! Guaranteed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed!
